Aerial Pilates at Nexes uses a suspended hammock to take Pilates off the floor: the fabric supports inversions and decompresses the spine while you work core, balance and mobility against gravity. It's playful but precise — a different way into the same control-and-alignment principles as the machine work, suitable across levels with the instructor adjusting the height and support.
