Michelin Tasting Menu at Andreu Genestra
At Restaurant Andreu Genestra, chef Andreu Genestra channels the produce of the Mallorcan countryside into a multi-course menú degustación grounded in the island's terroir. The Michelin-starred restaurant relocated in 2023 from Capdepera to the 14th-century finca of Sa Torre, inside the five-star Hotel Zoëtry Mallorca in Llucmajor, where guests are welcomed in the historic courtyard before moving into an open-kitchen dining room. Three tasting menus explore the same Mediterranean idea from different angles: Mediterranean and Mediterranean Green (9 courses each) and the longer Mediterranean Extrem (11 courses), alongside a build-your-own three-dish option. Produce comes largely from the restaurant's own 2,500 m² market garden and private vineyard, reinterpreting traditional Mallorcan recipes with contemporary technique. The dining room's wine cellar holds more than 650 carefully selected references — island, national and international bottles spanning remarkable vintages and special editions — curated by the in-house sommelier for pairing with each course, alongside an artisan Spanish cheese cart. Andreu Genestra holds one Michelin Star, a Michelin Green Star for its sustainable, zero-km approach to cooking, and two Repsol suns.
