As the light softens over Portixol harbour, Anssia's resident DJs take over the terrace with low, conversational sunset sets — kept deliberately mellow so the music sits under the talk, the cocktails and the view of La Seu across the bay. It runs Friday through Sunday across the summer, the easy soundtrack to a fusion menu of sashimi, ceviche and Asian-truffle pasta and a signature "Manzana Oriental" at golden hour. Five minutes from the centre of Palma, no ticket — just book a table.
