Bibliojardí: Family Storytelling in the Misericòrdia Garden
Jardí de La Misericòrdia (Biblioteca de Cultura Artesana)
Each summer, the Biblioteca de Cultura Artesana moves reading outdoors: the Bibliojardí turns the garden of La Misericòrdia, in the heart of Palma, into an open-air library with press, magazines and books for all ages. The highlight for families is its cycle of storytelling (contacontes) — oral-narrative sessions on Thursday evenings at 18:30, staged by companies such as Espill Teatre. It is free and drop-in, with no prior booking — just turn up in the garden. A relaxed, charming late-afternoon outing for families with young children looking for something to do in Palma over the summer.
