An intimate evening with the wines of Bierzo — one of Spain's most exciting wine regions, tucked in the hills of north-west León. Over two hours at Santina, a private event space in Palma, you'll taste four curated wines (two whites and two reds) chosen to show off Bierzo's range, from crisp, mineral Godello to the region's signature deep, expressive Mencía reds. Light appetizers are served alongside. Led by Iván of Wine Industry Mallorca, the tasting is built for expressive flavours, fascinating stories, and a relaxed atmosphere — equally at home for seasoned enthusiasts and curious newcomers. €45 per ticket; book ahead, as sales close the afternoon of the event.
