Friday Farm Walking Tour & Amargéro Tasting at Can Cavall Blau
Every Friday afternoon, Can Cavall Blau opens its gates for an intimate, guided walk of the family farm in the heart of Mallorca. Over about two hours you walk the land, meet the estate's polo horses roaming freely among the vines, and learn about the farm's regenerative approach to working it. What's included: a guided two-hour farm walk · a tasting of Amargéro, the estate's natural bitter-orange aperitif · the farm's low-intervention estate wines · and a few seasonal, farm-grown bites. When: every Friday afternoon · about 2 hours · €59 per person. This is a small, working family farm in Sencelles, between the mountains and the plains; reservations are essential and made through their website (tickets handled via Ticket Tailor). Amargéro is the house's signature: bitter oranges from ancient estate trees, hand-picked and made in small batches with minimal intervention — unfiltered, free from additives, and billed as "Mallorca's aperitif for those who know how to live well."
