XIX Diada d'Agricultura Ecològica — Night Fair
Mallorca's organic-farming movement takes over the streets after dark. For its nineteenth edition the Diada d'Agricultura Ecològica in Porreres reinvents itself as a night fair: on Saturday 11 July, from 19:00 to midnight, close to fifty exhibitors fill the streets and squares of the town centre with certified-organic produce, gastronomic tastings and wine — all straight from the grower. Run by APAEMA and the Ajuntament de Porreres, the Diada is the leading showcase and market for certified-organic produce in the Balearics, and this year lands on APAEMA's 20th anniversary. It plays as an easy, family-first evening: a kids' zone with a garden ludoteca and art workshops, an organic-wine tasting space, and a corner for swapping cuttings and seedlings. Programme: the fair opens at 19:00; at 19:30 a cercavila sets off with xeremiers and the giants of Porreres; from 20:00 to 23:00 the roving street show Els Manetes de Foravila works the crowd; at 21:00 the combos of the Porreres School of Music play; and at 22:00 the Organic Product of the Year 2026 award is handed out, followed by a raffle of local-product hampers. The night carries on with a Marino Marini concert and a talk, "The evolution of Mallorca's agrarian landscape", by Biel Moll. Good to know: free, open-access — no ticket needed. It spreads across the streets and squares of central Porreres, so come on foot and wander.
