WHAT HAPPENS

The shape of it

Farm machinery & trade
Hundreds of stalls turn Inca into one huge open-air market where you can look over agricultural machinery, tools and everything in between.
Livestock & the porc negre
A working livestock fair at the Plaça des Bestiar, with native breeds on show including the black Mallorcan pig behind the island's sobrassada.
Leather & artisan crafts
Inca's leather trade shares the streets with ceramics, pottery, embroidery, stonework and jewellery from makers across Mallorca.
Mallorcan food stalls
Local produce everywhere — olives, pickles, jams, cheeses and cold-pressed olive oil, plus fresh bread and pastries to eat on the go.
Dimecres Bo the night before
The eve, 'Dimecres Bo', fills the town with street-food stalls and a fairground buzz before the big Thursday.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you go

It's a free, open-air public fair — no ticket or admission.
Come by train from Palma — the organisers recommend it to skip the traffic and parking, and SFM runs extra services.
Expect big crowds and give it the whole day — the fair draws around 200,000 people and the wider Raiguer region treats it as a holiday.
