The Palma Sardine Fair returns from May 14 to 17, 2026, to celebrate the Mallorcan sardine and blue fish as emblems of local gastronomy. Organized by the Cofradía de Pescadores de Palma, the event transforms the Moll de Pescadors into a tasting space with sardine tapas and dishes, accompanied by traditional music, evening entertainment, a kids' zone, and a crafts area.
