Artà's patron saint festival honours Sant Antoni de Pàdua over several days in mid-June. The Cavallets take centre stage: young dancers in costume parade through the stone streets playing tambourines and heralding the festivities in a centuries-old tradition. The celebration culminates on the saint's day (13 June) with solemn mass, procession and a popular evening fair with food stalls and live music.
