Festes de Peguera i Cala Fornells
Plaça Torà, Peguera
Peguera and its little cove-neighbour Cala Fornells hold their patron-saint summer fiesta at the end of July, and — like most of Calvià's coastal fiestas — it's built with families squarely in mind. For a long weekend the resort's squares and beachfront fill with a programme that runs from morning children's games to late-night verbenas. The family bill is the draw: a big water party with inflatable castles, pools and a foam blast, and face-painting and children's games in Plaça Torà. Around them sit the grown-up staples — zumba master classes, live music and open-air dancing by the sea. Held in Peguera (Paguera), on Calvià's western coast, with the main children's activities centred on Plaça Torà.
