Pina, a small village in the municipality of Algaida, throws its summer festa over the first weekend of July — 3 to 6 July 2026 — and packs a lot into four days. It opens on Friday evening with a xeremier-led parade of the víbria Damiana and the big-headed caparrots from Can Lluís. Saturday is the big day: traditional carreres de joies in the square at 18:00, then a gran verbena at 23:00 with Orquestra Marblau and guests, capped by a fireworks castle. Sunday brings the Festa Holi, a free colour party on the es Figueral football pitch, and a closing concert with S'Arrual Jazz Mort. The festa winds down on Monday with the village table-tennis tournament. Everything is free and open to all, and a shuttle bus links Randa, Algaida and Pina for the Saturday-night verbena.

Opening big-head parade

A xeremier-led parade of the vibria Damiana and the caparrots big-heads sets off from Can Lluis to open the festa on Friday evening.

Carreres de joies

Traditional village races and games fill the Placa on Saturday evening.

Gran verbena and fireworks

Saturday night's open-air dance brings Orquestra Marblau and guests, capped by a fireworks castle.

Festa Holi

A free colour party thrown by Pina's youth association on the es Figueral football pitch on Sunday night.

Before you go

For the Holi, wear white and bring swimming goggles, and sign up by email (pinajoveassociacio@gmail.com) before 1 July; it is not advised for anyone with respiratory issues.

A free shuttle bus runs between Randa, Algaida and Pina for the Saturday verbena.

The festa is free and open to everyone.
