Fira Gremial Artesanal d'Alaró

Centre d'Alaró (Plaça de la Vila i carrers del poble)

Alaró's biggest autumn date fills the village streets with the smell of fresh craftwork and slow-cooked Mallorcan food. Every first Sunday of October the Fira Gremial Artesanal takes over the town centre: more than eighty stalls, laid out by the old guilds as they have been for generations, sell handmade ceramics, leather, ironwork, textiles and produce, while the squares fill with music, dimonis, gegants and the reedy buzz of xeremies. It is as much a food fair as a craft fair. The mostra gastronòmica gathers around ten of the village's restaurants, half a dozen local wineries and a craft beer maker, so you can graze your way around Alaró between stalls. Children's workshops, exhibitions and street performances run all day, making it an easy, unhurried outing for all ages — and a window onto the part of Mallorca that still makes things by hand. The 2025 edition was the 26th, drawing crowds through the streets around the Plaça de la Vila; the fair returns on Sunday 4 October 2026. Practical info: First Sunday of October · Plaça de la Vila and surrounding streets, Alaró · Free to wander · Family-friendly.
