The Night Potato Fair is a deeply rooted annual celebration in Sa Pobla that coincides with the end of the 'poblera' potato export season. For two consecutive nights, bars, restaurants and village associations fill Plaça Major with gastronomic offerings where the potato takes centre stage, from traditional dishes to creative and innovative preparations. The event pays tribute to the farmers who have kept this agricultural legacy alive generation after generation. The fair begins at 19:30 in a festive, convivial atmosphere.
