A Mediterranean wine-and-tapas pairing on the cliff terrace above the Bay of Palma Marine Reserve, timed to end as the sun goes down. Four courses run alongside wines from the Son Amaret vineyard: a traditional Córdoba salmorejo with bluefin tuna from almadraba fisheries, a Russian salad of shrimp with garlic prawns and quail egg, Mallorcan-style fried octopus, and an ensaimada French toast with almond soup to finish. When: Tuesdays from 20:00–21:30 through the summer — 7, 14, 21 and 28 July 2026. Where: Mhares Sea Club, on the cliffs south of Cala Blava, Llucmajor. Price: €45 per person (VAT included), minimum two guests per booking.

Each of the four courses is matched with a wine from the Son Amaret vineyard, poured course by course rather than served as a flight upfront.
Four tapas courses
Córdoba-style salmorejo with almadraba bluefin tuna, a shrimp Russian salad with garlic prawns and quail egg, Mallorcan fried octopus, and an ensaimada French toast with almond soup to close.
Marine Reserve sunset
Tables sit on the cliff terrace above the Bay of Palma Marine Reserve, timed from 20:00 to 21:30 so the last course lands around sunset.
