Magaluf Seafront Grand Opening — 'Magaluf es cine'

Magaluf unveils its fully renovated Paseo Marítimo Gabriel Escarrer Julià with a free, open-air party on the seafront under the banner "Magaluf es cine" ("Magaluf is cinema"). It's a one-night celebration on Saturday 27 June 2026, open to residents and visitors alike. The programme opens at 18:00 with the KPOP Experience by Kpop Baleares and a BTS tribute, followed by a set from DJ Alba Serrano. At 21:30 the Balearic Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Pablo Mielgo, performs the most iconic film soundtracks ever written — Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Schindler's List and more. The night peaks with a synchronised flight of 300 drones over the bay, a sustainable alternative to traditional fireworks. Throughout the day: the II GastroFira de Magaluf gathers around a dozen local restaurants and beach clubs serving special menus and discounts right along the promenade.
