MallorcAmor Farm: Wine Tasting & Sensory Experiences
At MallorcAmor Farm, a historic 1950s finca in the countryside of Sineu, two crafts come together in a single afternoon: fresh pasta you make by hand, and wine you taste blindfolded. It is a small-group food-and-nature experience. With Andrea — a cook and pizzaiolo with more than twenty years behind the stove — you shape fresh pasta by hand and then sit down to eat what you made. The tasting is led by Sara, a sommelier: the first glass arrives blindfolded, so the other senses open up, in a short sensory meditation built around organic Mallorcan wines. Beyond the workshop, the farm is an invitation to slow down. You taste artisan bread, local cheeses, extra-virgin olive oil, Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc, preserves and seasonal fruit — all organic and grown on the island — and you can walk the orchard to see what is ripe that day, with a stop at Sa Paradeta, the farm shop of curated local produce. Sessions: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays in the late afternoon · small groups. Prices: organic farm tasting from €35 · full pasta-making class with sensory wine tasting €89 per person. Booking: in advance (minimum 48 hours), places limited to around 10 guests per session.
