Moltak — The Windmill Kitchen Cooking Class

Hidden inside a restored 17th-century flour windmill in Palma's Ponent district, Moltak runs a hands-on, 3-hour cooking class capped at eight people and led by professional chefs. Over the session you cook five classics of the Mallorcan and Spanish table — sobrassada, tortilla española, pa amb oli, a seafood paella and crema catalana — then sit down to eat everything you've made together, washed down with a glass of island wine. The windmill setting, in the heart of the city and walkable from Palma's old town, is as much a part of the experience as the food.
