The flagship of the Nexes Method: small-group Reformer and Cadillac machine Pilates in Palma's S'Escorxador. Springs, straps and the moving carriage build core control, mobility and full-body strength with low impact — guided personally so every level, from first-timer to advanced, works at their own intensity. The studio runs the machine work in several flavours: Strong (a more demanding, strength-focused session) and Flow (a continuous, fluid sequence), alongside the classic Reformer & Cadillac class. Booking: drop-in from 30 €, ten-class pass 220 €, or monthly memberships (Essential / Move / Ilimitada). Small groups — reserve ahead via the studio.
