Every Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00, the rooftop of the Iberostar Llaut Palma transforms into one of the most striking brunch settings on the island. Katagi Blau's signature Asian fusion menu takes centre stage: six appetisers followed by your choice of main — sushi, beef cubes with seasonal vegetables, or prawn and miso wok — paired with a wide selection of hot and cold drinks. The setting is a south-facing terrace above Playa de Palma, with panoramic views stretching across the bay.
