
An immersive open-fire brunch at the Agroturismo Son Boronat in Calvià, where chef Pablo Marí — Mendoza-born and trained at Francis Mallmann's 1884 — lights the fire at midday and cooks slowly over wood and flame. Guests gather at communal tables for wood-fired mushrooms, corn ribs, smoked meats, roasted lamb and artisan bread, paired with natural wines and live music in a relaxed countryside setting.
