A gradual, non-demanding introduction to Tai Chi Chuan — slow, flowing movement and coordination, taken at your own pace.
Qigong energy work
Chi Kung practice aimed at inner growth, self-connection and simply being present in the moment.

Practised outdoors on the sand at Cala Major beach, facing the sea.

No prior experience needed — classes are open to all levels.
€10 per person, per session.
Each class lasts about 60 minutes.
Sessions are cancelled in poor weather, with advance notice.
