Forget the beach clubs this week — Palma's Santa Catalina neighbourhood runs its own early-evening party scene, and both of this week's picks open their doors at 17:00, hours before a typical club night even starts. Kaelum Club is the address most credited with starting Palma's tardeo habit: two indoor rooms and a small rooftop terrace spinning a nostalgic '60s-to-'90s set from Friday's 17:00 opening (Saturday doors are even earlier, at 16:00), before the music turns current after midnight. A five-minute walk away on Plaça Vapor, Sala Luna runs its own standalone tardeo — 17:00 to 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays — in a room whose big windows look straight out over Palma's marina and bay, a separate session from its later 00:00–06:00 club hours.
