Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Thril. website, app and pre-launch services (hereinafter, “Thril.” or the “service”). By using the site, the app or signing up for the waitlist, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the app.
1. Service description
Thril. is an app for discovering and organising activities and experiences. Part of the site may be in preparation or available in a limited way. The final features may differ from what is shown on the website or in promotional materials.
2. Waitlist
By providing your email or other data requested in the waitlist form, you ask us to keep you informed about the launch and news. We do not guarantee a specific access order or availability dates in app stores. We may reject or delete registrations we consider fraudulent, duplicate or abusive.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to access systems, data or other accounts without authorisation.
- Introduce malware, carry out attacks or overload the infrastructure.
- Use the site to send spam, impersonate others or infringe third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s contents (texts, design, logos, graphics and other elements) are the property of Thril. or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. No license is granted over them except as strictly necessary to view the site on your device in accordance with these terms.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and any pre-launch information are offered “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Indicative screenshots or descriptions do not constitute a contractual offer regarding specific features until the product is available and the conditions applicable at that time are published.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thril. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or other consequential damages arising from the use or the inability to use the site. The above exclusions do not apply in cases where the law prevents limiting liability for personal injury or for serious breach of essential obligations.
7. Links and third parties
The site may include links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites or their content; their use is governed by each third party’s terms.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after the changes may imply acceptance of the new terms where the law so requires.
9. Applicable law
Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the Spanish courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights that may apply to consumers under consumer protection regulations.
10. Age and activities aimed at families or minors
Use of the site and the app is intended for people who meet the minimum age and capacity requirements required by applicable law. In Spain, those who are under 14 years old must not register or use the service on their own; those who are between 14 and 17 years old must only do so with the agreement of whoever holds parental authority or guardianship where appropriate.
Thril. may display listings, categories or descriptions of activities suitable for families or accompanied minors (for example, “kids” or “family” plans). This describes the type of experience offered by third parties or at the destination, not an invitation for minors to use the platform without the supervision of a responsible adult. Whoever creates the account is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, including any optional information about the household.
11. Contact
