Every Sunday, the cliffside IKAT Pool Club at Aethos Mallorca hosts a poolside bottomless brunch above Cala Fornells in Peguera. The format pairs a generous Mediterranean buffet — with à-la-carte options if you want them — with unlimited mimosas, Bloody Marys and cava on rotation, while a different resident DJ each week sets the tempo against the sea view.
