Nexes' mat-based classes work the Pilates method on the floor, with and without props. Pilates Fitball adds the large stability ball for balance and deep-core challenge, while the circuit and fit-strength sessions string mat exercises into a continuous, full-body workout. No machine required — just controlled movement, breath and a strong core. The studio's Suelo membership covers all the floor classes (everything except machine Pilates). Booking: drop-in from 30 €, or via a Nexes class pass / membership. Small groups — reserve ahead.
