Rafael Nadal's own academy in Manacor opens its adult camps to anyone who wants to train the way the pros do — and you don't need to be one. Players are assessed on arrival and grouped by level, so a long-term resident picking the sport back up and a seasoned club player both get a session pitched at them. You can choose tennis, padel or a fitness-and-health track, join for a single day or a full week, and slot in any day of the year. A day on court: roughly 45 minutes of specific physical preparation plus two hours of group training at a 1:4 coach-to-player ratio.
