Visit Fundació Bartolomé March, Palma

Beside the Cathedral, in the Palau March, the Fundació Bartolomé March hides one of central Palma's most distinctive visits. Its open-air terrace is a small museum of 20th-century sculpture overlooking the bay — works by Rodin, Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Eduardo Chillida and other major names set against the rooftops and the sea. Inside are two very different treasures: an 18th-century Neapolitan belén, a nativity scene of almost 2,000 figures — some signed by celebrated nativity-scene artists — and a collection of illuminated manuscripts and rare books, alongside the palace gardens. Admission is €4.50 (children under 12 free). Open Monday to Friday 10:00–18:30 (April–October) or 10:00–17:00 (November–March), and Saturdays 10:00–14:00 year-round; closed Sundays and public holidays.
