The Cooperativa Agrícola de Sant Bartomeu is the historic Sóller co-operative founded in 1899 and the name behind Olis Sóller. Its centuries-old oil mill has carried the Oli de Mallorca Denomination of Origin since 2004, and today more than 350 members bring in a wide spread of the valley's produce — olives and virgin olive oil, the famous Sóller oranges and lemons, table olives, jams, fruit and vegetables. At its shop in Sóller you can taste and buy the oil and citrus alongside other Mallorcan local products, in a store recognised for its quality of service.
