More than a specialist wine shop, Isla Catavinos is a meeting point for wine lovers in Palma. Founded by friends Julio and Miguel Ángel, it has spent over fifteen years curating the best of Spanish winemaking and the world's great regions, with a particular focus on the wines and spirits of the Balearics — Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. Alongside a deep cellar of more than 3,500 references, the shop runs a year-round programme of sensory-analysis courses, guided tastings and gastronomic events with island chefs.
