The Cine Albéniz hosts an encounter with director Pablo Berger on 17 July 2026 as part of the University of Málaga's summer-courses cinema strand. The evening pairs a screening of his Oscar-nominated, two-time Goya-winning animated feature Robot Dreams with a public talk with Berger — moderated by Juan Antonio Vigar — on classicism and the avant-garde in Spanish cinema. Admission is free by invitation, available at the box office and online from 15 July.
