Feria de Málaga 2026

C. Paquiro, 9, Cruz de Humilladero, 29006 Málaga·Day fair 12:00–18:00 · Night fair until ~06:00

The Feria de Málaga is the city's biggest celebration — nine days that flood Málaga with music, dancing and colour every August. The 2026 edition runs 15–22 August, with the traditional fireworks display on the night of the 14th marking its unofficial start (this year under the poster "Aires de Málaga"). The fair lives in two places with two very different rhythms. The Feria de Día unfolds across the historic centre, around Calle Larios and the Plaza de la Constitución, from 12:00 to 18:00: flamenco dresses, verdiales folk music, chilled fino sherry and horse-drawn carriages. The Feria de Noche moves out to the Real del Cortijo de Torres fairground, with casetas, free official concerts and funfair rides that don't stop until dawn. It's a great plan for the whole family. Each afternoon between 12:00 and 15:30 there are shows for younger children — puppets, magic, craft workshops, theatre and street pasacalles — and the mechanical rides (the big wheel, dodgems, bouncy castles) are the fairground's magnet for kids. A Día del Niño with reduced ride prices closes the celebrations. Access to both the centre and the Cortijo de Torres fairground is free, and most casetas are open to the public.
