Boutique Pla de Mallorca winery with vineyard tastings near Sencelles

Son Prim is a small, family-run winery on the Pla de Mallorca, founded in 2003 near the village of Sencelles, between Inca and Sineu in the centre of the island. It works a compact vineyard — Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot alongside the local Prensal white and Chardonnay — and makes a limited run of wine, most of it drunk on Mallorca. Visits are run as bookable experiences, ranging from a straightforward tasting among the vines and in the barrel room to a longer visit paired with a gastronomic spread, with a host guiding you through the grape varieties, the winemaking and the house style.
