Family-run Arbequina olive estate & agritourism finca near Algaida
A working olive estate on the plain below Algaida, where the Miralles family grows, presses and bottles a single-variety Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, certified under the DO Oli de Mallorca. The farm spans 33 cuarteradas (around 23 hectares), roughly half of it olive grove, and runs a closed sustainable cycle — leaves and pressing residue are composted back into the soil. Founded about 20 years ago by Joan Miralles, who left tourism to return to his family's land, Treurer now opens its grove, mill and 17th-century manor house to visitors for guided walks and olive oil (and oil-and-wine) tastings.
