Hotel Honucai is a 4*S boutique hotel (78 rooms, Gallery Hoteles) in the former fishing port of Colònia de Sant Jordi, in south-east Mallorca, with views over the Es Dolç and Es Carbó beaches. Its rooftop, "The Top," is a bar with an infinity pool serving sea-view cocktails, world cuisine and Japanese-inspired snacks, and in summer it hosts live music and sunset sessions overlooking the harbour. The ground-floor restaurant Salicornia rounds out the food offer.
