Bodega Macià Batle is one of Mallorca's most visitor-ready wineries, in Santa Maria del Camí at the crossroads of the island's wine country. Commercial winemaking under the Macià Batle name goes back to 1856, though the Batle family has made wine since the 15th century. Guided tours walk visitors through the whole process — from harvest through the fermentation halls, the bottling line and the oak-barrel cellar and ageing room — and finish with a tasting of five wines alongside the bodega's own Mallorcan delicatessen, from extra-virgin olive oils and vinegars to pâtés.
