Signature cocktails — South Beach, Gringo, Little Havana and a rotating Miami Limited — are designed by Gabriel Ramón Marí, Spain's 2025 National Cocktail Champion, and poured at a marble bar surrounded by booth seating, a lounge floor and a sunny terrace.
