Mallorca's biggest horse ranch — mini-zoo, pony rides and family BBQ

Rancho Grande is the largest horse ranch on Mallorca, on the Artà–Alcúdia road at Son Serra de Marina. Alongside guided horseback and carriage excursions through forest trails and along the coast, it runs a mini-zoo of native, regional and exotic animals — Mallorcan black pigs (bred on site), llamas, donkeys, ponies, ostriches, macaws, peacocks and monkeys — plus a children's play park and a big indoor/outdoor restaurant known for its spit-roast Mallorcan suckling pig.
