Historic family bodega in the heart of DO Binissalem, since 1932

Vins Nadal is one of Binissalem's oldest and most storied cellars — a family bodega founded by Miquel Nadal Fiol in 1932 and now a reference point for regenerative, sustainable viticulture in Mallorca and the Balearics. Working within DO Binissalem, it has been passed down through the generations while keeping its wines rooted in the island's native grapes. It's also the anchor winery of Binissalem's guided e-bike vineyard tours, which pedal through the surrounding vines — with an electric tailwind, even in high summer — before finishing at the bodega with a tasting of three of the house wines alongside local Mallorcan produce: sobrasada, olive oil, bread and cheese.
