FLEM 2026 · Festival de Literatura Expandida a Magaluf
From 1 to 4 October 2026, Magaluf fills up with books. The FLEM — Festival de Literatura Expandida a Magaluf returns for its sixth edition, now firmly established as the Balearics' leading literary event, drawing more than 10,000 visitors last year. Promoted by Rata Corner and INNSiDE by Meliá with the support of the Ajuntament de Calvià, it centres on the INNSiDE Calvià Beach hotel and spills out across the resort. On the programme: author talks and interviews, concerts, poetry, DJ sets, writing and illustration workshops, live podcasts and urban-sketching sessions all over Magaluf. First 2026 confirmations include David Foenkinos, Juan Luis Arsuaga, Alicia Giménez-Bartlett, Manuel Jabois, Laura Gost and Rayden, with many more to come. Tickets: concerts and book signings are free to attend; most other activities are free with prior registration on the festival website, opening in September.
