An oasis steps from Palma where modern Mediterranean cuisine is seasoned with traditional touches and the best local ingredients. The kitchen fuses a Mediterranean base with Japanese and tropical influences — tuna sashimi, scallop ceviche with hummus, Asian truffle pasta, a fish-and-seafood sharing platter, a Wagyu burger — and a dedicated sushi bar. Unusually for the island it operates year-round: full beach service in summer, a lit fireplace and lunch menu in winter. The terrace looks out over turquoise water with the silhouette of La Seu and the Tramuntana behind it, barely five minutes from the centre of Palma.
