Mallorcan winery founded with the 2007 harvest by the Morey family, working 55 hectares of organically farmed vineyards across Binissalem and Consell in the Es Raiguer region. Its contemporary architecture integrates with the landscape, and visits — always in small groups — combine guided cellar tours with tastings of its organic wines, paired with Mallorcan km0 products and views of the Serra de Tramuntana from the patio.
