A one-off collaboration dinner at Celler Tianna Negre in Binissalem, where the organic Mallorcan winery teams up with Dos Trazos — the Sa Pobla "espacio gastronómico" of chef Raimundo Rincón, known for Balearic, km0 cooking. The evening begins with a guided tour of the winery and moves to the patio, where Tianna Negre's own wines are poured alongside a menu built around Mallorcan and km0 products: bread, the estate's organic extra-virgin olive oil, vegetable coca, artisan sobrasada, cheese and Iberian ham, closing with a typical Mallorcan dessert, herbal liqueur and coffee — all with views over the Serra de Tramuntana.
